If you want to use your new card immediately in a showroom, have your account number and authorization code ready at time of purchase. If you want to use your new card immediately online, have your card number ready, call us to place your order over the phone with a customer support specialist, or chat with us for more information.

Lovesac Credit Card numbers are required at time of purchase as we are unable to look up card numbers and provide card number info over the phone or chat. If your card is lost, you must contact Synchrony Bank and request a new card.
