How do I place an order with BGDC?  

  • Orders are typically sent through your integrated e-commerce platform or ERP system. You can also submit orders directly via our online portal or by email.

 

How long does it take to process and ship an order?  

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, depending on order complexity and shipping destination.

 

Can I track my orders after they are shipped?  

  • Yes. Once shipped, tracking information is available in our online portal and is usually sent via email notification.

 

What happens if an order is delayed?  

  • If there is a delay, our team will notify you promptly with details and an updated estimated delivery date. Contact us anytime for status updates.

 

Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted?  

  • Order changes or cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact BGDC support immediately to request modifications.

 

How does BGDC handle partial shipments or backorders?  

  • If all items are not available, we notify you and ship available products immediately. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.


What should I do if an order is incorrect or items are missing?  

  • Contact our customer support team right away with your order details. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue quickly, including replacements or refunds if needed.
