  • What is the minimum information required for a new customer setup?
    A telephone number, along with an email or physical address, is required to approve a new customer.

     

  • Can I use an "Alternate" address on an invoice?
    Yes, any active address in the system can be used on an invoice, regardless of whether it is labeled Primary or Alternate.

     

  • How do I handle a customer who hasn't received their invoice?
    Verify the contact information, resend the invoice via the preferred method (email/mail), and document the interaction.

     

  • Can an invoice be updated/changed once created?
    Generally, if the invoice has already been sent to the customer, a credit memo should be issued to correct it rather than trying to delete or alter the original invoice directly.
